Honestly one of the best car lots I've ever dealt with I've been going through a lot here lately that I've not been able to control and kale has helped me through everything and it's very understanding and I really appreciate him for the way he treats his customers because there's not another car lot around that treats their customers the way that kale and all his staff treats their customers I highly highly highly recommend buying a used car from this dealership

Thank Goodness for this place.I’ve always paid for a vehicle in full up front, so, when I found myself in the worst car market after my car was totaled by a distracted tourist September 2023 and I was not able to work due to a neck injury, I knew I’d be a bit limited in purchasing power. I initially went to the first places that popped up when I was looking for another Subaru Outback. These places (Prestige Subaru and another local company) ran my credit over and over again for weeks even though I was just looking and did not consent.Long story short, I found myself at Cale Roger’s Auto and was greeted very respectfully and treated with kindness and patience as I had never been to a “buy here pay here” dealership. I test drove an Impreza and found it the best option for me. I paid it off in 22 months and I never had a single issue with it, not even a flat tire, as they put new tires on less than a month before I put a downpayment on it. These guys are trustworthy and will make SURE you understand the ins and outs of the agreement BEFORE signing. They do not shy from questions and do not try to sway your decision or pressure you into making a decision in one visit.I say all this to say even more, though.. because I am in the market for a new vehicle that matches my adventurous life 3 years later. I thought about all the times Cale Roger’s Auto went above and beyond for me starting when I drove the car off the lot. I didn’t have anyone at all who could follow me home with my new car, as I was in a Progressive provided rental. One of their guys did it without hesitation. About a year after that, I was trail running and my car key bounced out of my pocket at some point. I had my phone but my wallet was locked in my car along with my house keys. I called none other than these guys .. in less than an hour, they brought me the spare key to my car. These are things that led me to stay with the same people and it will be the easiest decision I’ve made in a long time to trade my Impreza the same place I bought it and purchase a car I test drove and loved a few days ago.See yall in a few days with the biggest smile on my face! Thanks for being genuine, patient and personable.

I’ve bought two trucks from Cale Roger’s . They have always been fair/ reasonable and provided great service. I highly recommend them. His staff are great to work with and they also have a buy here pay here option! Go see them for your next car or truck.

It'll be difficult to find a more helpful, understanding, and down to earth group of guys. First time buying from a used care lot. They were definitely not what the stereotypes portray.
